Section 1

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Megga88 ("Megga88", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at megga88.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile applications.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Megga88 service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Megga88 platform and must not create an account. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or representations between you and Megga88.

Section 2

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Megga88 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Megga88 to confirm a Player's age, identity, and payment method ownership.
• "Platform" means the entirety of the Megga88 website, mobile site, applications, and associated services accessible via megga88.cam.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player using real currency (Malaysian Ringgit or equivalent cryptocurrency value), excluding any bonus allocations.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed on a game, sports event, or other outcome available through the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted, as updated from time to time by Megga88 in its sole discretion.

Section 3

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with Megga88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Megga88 strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a Megga88 employee, affiliate, or partner where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from Megga88 or had an account permanently terminated for breach of these Terms.

By ticking the "I agree" checkbox during registration, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria above and that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

Section 4

Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Megga88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts identified will be permanently suspended and funds held therein may be forfeited.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep your account details up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, incorrect address, or another person's payment method details — constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Megga88 will never request your password by any means. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation.

4.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Megga88 may require completion of a full KYC verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used. KYC is a regulatory and anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement, not an optional step.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Megga88 accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking & Transfer: DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC)

Megga88 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (Malaysian Ringgit) or the equivalent value in accepted cryptocurrency. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player tier and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Megga88 targets processing of all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for standard accounts and near-instantly for Gold VIP tier members, subject to completion of KYC verification and standard anti-fraud checks. Withdrawal requests may be delayed where:

• KYC documentation has not been submitted or verified;
• The withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement;
• The Account is under review for suspicious activity;
• The withdrawal request is the first on a new payment method that requires verification.

5.4 Currency

The primary currency of the Platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal are the player's responsibility.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by Megga88 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement and eligible games are detailed on each individual promotion page. Real money funds are wagered first before bonus funds are applied.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Megga88 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to exploit bonus wagering requirements; using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements; and systematic exploitation of bonus terms for guaranteed profit. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be immediately suspended and all bonus funds forfeited.

6.4 Promotional Changes

Megga88 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time, including the Birthday Bonus programme, Referral Programme, and Loyalty Tier rewards. Advance notice will be provided where reasonably practicable.

Section 7

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Megga88 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the respective game or sports market. The following general principles apply:

• Once a bet has been confirmed by the Platform system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player.
• Megga88 reserves the right to void any wager placed at incorrect odds due to technical error, data feed failure, or human error. Affected players will be notified and stakes returned.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the result recorded by Megga88's official data provider shall be final.
• Maximum stake limits vary by game, sport, and player tier. Players who consistently stake at or near maximum limits may, at Megga88's discretion, have their maximum limits reviewed.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time due to event circumstances or technical factors. Bets placed immediately prior to a suspension are subject to review.

Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Megga88 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and — where appropriate — referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering an Account or placing bets if under the age of 21;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or Account details;
• Operating multiple Accounts simultaneously or consecutively;
• Attempting to launder money or otherwise use the Platform for any unlawful financial purpose;
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any form of mechanical or electronic assistance to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or data feed discrepancies for financial gain;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or its infrastructure;
• Attempting to access administrative or restricted sections of the Platform without authorisation.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the Megga88 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, text, logos, trade marks, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of Megga88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of Megga88.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Megga88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or server outages not within Megga88's reasonable control;
• Financial losses arising from your personal gambling decisions;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Maybank, CIMB, FPX networks, or cryptocurrency blockchain congestion;
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have not maintained adequate security practices.

Megga88's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arose.

Section 11

Privacy & Data

Megga88 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described therein.

Megga88 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or legitimate business necessity.

Section 12

Responsible Gambling

Megga88 is committed to the welfare of its players and supports responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all registered players via their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period;
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend access to the Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform.

Section 13

Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 By Megga88

Megga88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; AML or KYC non-compliance; or where continued operation of the Account is considered contrary to the interests of the Platform or its players.

Where an Account is terminated by Megga88 without cause, any verified Real Money Funds remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon termination.

13.2 By the Player

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting the Megga88 support team. Upon closure, any outstanding Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC requirements. Pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Section 14

Amendments to These Terms

Megga88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately and contact support to close your Account.

Section 15

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Megga88 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through Megga88's formal complaints procedure.
